Satisfied?

I feel so great after moving my blog to Wordpress. It's been almost a week, I madly wanted to change the look of my blog@Blogger. The problem is I couldn't decide which template that I want to use. I spent almost 3 days just to hang around in some websites providing easy instal Blogger templates. Then, end up finding Wordpress (WP). I signed up an account to blog. So far, I am fine and happy as I could make more than one page in my blog. I guess that's one plus of WP.

But this morning when I logged on to my blog, I found some snags.

First, my pictures in the Prologue page are not shown. Not sure why. I believe they are not huge pictures just less than 50kb. Then I checked WP FAQ page, I couldn't find typical problem. Looks like I have to post a question on this.

Second problem, this WP doesn't provide simple blogging to put link. It possibly will not be a problem to blogger who are familiar with HTML codes/tags in making link. For me ( as I always forget the tag codes) it gives a bit hassle. I found then if I want to link easily when I blog I have to untick the post editor so that all HTML tag function will be shown in the editing blogging page.

The third, I can't put shoutbox/chatterbox to my blog!! Butz.. it's not a nightmare for me. I was able to use one page (Gimme your shout) with comment function for chatting provided anybody interested in putting message in mine. Smart idea, eh!

Other thing, I think I should give feedback to them, about inability popping a new page, what I mean here whenever you click any linked word in WP it will always shown in the same page. I guess it's not really annoying especially when you are in the FAQ page then you need to apply to your blog page to follow the instructions, you have to click back-forward button repetitively. Huh, a lot work. It is enough to make me frustrated.

Well, not sure until when I will stand using this WP. Possibly I will be back to Blogger when I find a template that satisfy me.

Overall, after moving back and forth, trying-error some of the blog providers I realise that I need to get some sense of HTML coding. Nothing to loose to learn it while I know I have time now ( I am in maternity leave now). I am really challenged to master HTML coding.. I am gonna learn this stuffs!!!
